Hello everybody in this great place. please i am in serious need of your help, iphone 5 was working in good condition before the mystery. it does not fall to the ground, the phone just went to stuck on searching where the network bar is.. Same issue with my iphone 5c. took to apple store. in less than 1 minutes she told me firmware not showing hardware problem. wish the support person who have asked the same question would have saved me a long trip. a perfect working phone everything works but cannot connect to network anymore suddenly.. Modem firmware blank, imei blank, network showing searching.
